    Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders

    How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, shipping takes 4-8 business days (Monday - Friday). See more information in our Shipping Policy.

    Which courier do you use?

    All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your delivery address.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    How do I return an item?
    • Go to the Return Your Order Page.
    • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
    • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
    • Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    Returns are free of charge if you choose an exchange or store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    When will I receive my refund?
    • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 7 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
    • If you are a VIP customer, the refund is executed immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.

    What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
    • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. 
    • If the purchased product is lost or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
